Welcome to Ticket Venue. By purchasing tickets through us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1 Ticket Venue sells the date, not the event. Event dates are subject to change. Customers are responsible for verifying event dates at the time of purchase.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your tickets.
1.3 Errors in availability or fraudulent orders may result in order cancellation and a full refund.

2. Event Changes and COVID-19

2.1 Rescheduled events will automatically transfer to new dates.
2.2 If an event is held behind closed doors, Ticket Venue may issue refunds.
2.3 Refunds are not provided for postponed events unless otherwise specified.

3. Travel and Entry Requirements

3.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and IDs. Delays in obtaining travel documents are not Ticket Venue’s responsibility.
3.2 Venues may refuse admission, conduct security checks, or impose restrictions on items such as cameras, food, or phones.
3.3 Lost, stolen, or spoiled tickets are not the responsibility of Ticket Venue. For reserved seating, re-issues may be possible but are subject to the event organiser’s policies and additional fees.

4. Special Needs and Accessibility

4.1 Inform Ticket Venue at the time of booking if you or someone in your party has a disability or special needs. While we will do our best to accommodate, not all venues, experiences, or packages may be suitable.
4.2 Ticket Venue does not sell wheelchair platform tickets. Please contact the venue directly for these.

5. Ticket Restrictions

5.1 Tickets cannot be used for advertising or promotions without written consent from Ticket Venue.
5.2 Resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited unless approved by Ticket Venue. Any unauthorised resale will void the tickets without refund.
5.3 Tickets are typically sent 2-3 days before the event via eTicket or secure delivery. Customers must inform Ticket Venue of any address changes.

6. Seating and Event Policies

6.1 Tickets will be allocated according to the description at the time of purchase. Seats are typically together unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Obstructed views caused by other attendees or late arrivals are not grounds for a refund.
6.3 Customers are responsible for reporting any sightline issues on the event day. If unresolved, you may leave the venue and receive a refund for the ticket face value.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Ticket Venue collects personal data (e.g., name, email, phone number) to process ticket bookings. Payment details are not stored.
7.2 Personal data is stored securely for up to 15 years or until a deletion request is made. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

8.1 Packages or experiences cancelled due to insufficient demand will result in an alternative offer or a full refund if no suitable alternative is found.
8.2 Refunds are not provided for lost, stolen, or spoiled tickets.
